BOLDJets recently received a contract from GVAir, a division of Vexcel Imaging Inc, an Aerial Imaging company, to sell 30 Tecnam P2006T Light-Twin Aircraft.

The Tecnam P2006T is an Italian high-winged, twin-engine all metal light aircraft. It is capable of 4 seats with fully retractable landing gear and liquid cooled Rotax engines. These aircraft are setup as special mission platform designs, with a sleek matte grey finish, and include the Garmin G950 avionics package. With a service ceiling of 14,000 feet, these are very efficient aircraft and operate around 150mph while burning 5 gallons per hour, per engine.

“We are pleased to be awarded the contract with GV Air to help move these aircraft,” said Jason Newbold, President of BOLDJets. “I personally have a few hundred hours in this airframe and have flown them all over the country. It is a great flight training platform, or for that owner who wants the redundancy of a twin, efficiency of a single, and include modern glass cockpit avionics as a bonus.”
